Beginner Boxing / Fitness: This class was designed for beginners and consists of people getting into shape and those who don't want to compete. There is no contract in this class. Starting out the class we will complete some warm up exercises and jump rope. Next we will loosen up the shoulders and arms by doing some shadow boxing. Then the training varies day to day by mixing up drills to keep it interesting. We complete the work out every day with sit-ups, pushups, and neck exercises. Beginner Boxer bio's...
